This full-time contract position specializes in delivering essential speech and language services to approximately 50 students, supporting their academic and personal growth. You’ll play a key role in a supportive educational environment, collaborating closely with staff, teachers, and families to ensure each student’s success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas SLP License (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Background working with middle school-aged students is ideal
• Previous school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for middle school students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with special education teams
• Provide both direct and indirect therapy services, tailoring interventions to student needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies and professional guidelines
• Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
