Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist during the 2026–2027 school year. This contract position supports both an elementary school and an adjacent Head Start program, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 30 students. Work on-site in a full-time capacity (40 hours per week), providing essential speech and language services to young learners from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Prior school-based experience highly valued
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations for students in elementary and Head Start settings
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services as part of each student's IEP team
• Develop and implement IEP goals, track student progress, and maintain rigorous documentation
• Collaborate effectively with special education professionals, teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Serve as a resource and advocate for bilingual language development within the school community
