Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, is highly regarded
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted IEP goals
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for a caseload of approximately 30 students
• Conduct speech and language assessments, generate reports, and create individualized intervention plans
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Serve two sites—Meadows Elementary and Head Start—fostering continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district procedures
