- Microsoft 365 Support adminApply**Job#: 3053916****Job Description:**Microsoft 365 Support admin**Location:** Phoenix, Arizona (Remote)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Administrator to provide essential support for our Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves managing and troubleshooting various services within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. The position requires a focus on administrative and support assistance to ensure the smooth operation of these critical business tools.Key Responsibilities* Provide support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 applications, and tenant-level service issues, including Microsoft support escalations.* Offer administrative and support assistance for the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, environments, connectors, permissions, and governed citizen-development solutions.* Support Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including shared mailboxes, mail flow, distribution services, Outlook issues, and related email-security integrations. This responsibility is available only to a U.S. person who can meet export compliance requirements.* Troubleshoot supported collaboration and productivity services, such as digital signage and approved collaboration tools with their integrations.* Support assigned IIS-hosted or custom applications, performing break/fix work, routine maintenance, deployment assistance, and coordination with application owners.* Assist with supported eDiscovery, legal-hold, retention, and Microsoft Purview operational issues following approved procedures.Required Qualifications**Technical Skills:** Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Proficiency in providing administrative support for the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
