Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to create effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized therapeutic goals, periodically reassessing progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face barriers in attending in-person sessions, maintaining flexibility in appointment scheduling.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications\n
