To support a growing nonprofit initiative, the full-time remote Growth & Product Marketing Manager will manage paid digital advertising campaigns, oversee content operations, and drive lead nurturing strategies to convert national awareness into localized B2B leads. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution and management of paid digital advertising campaigns across key channels, ensuring performance optimization and accountability with external partners Direct the content operations for the organization's blog and website, repurposing complex data into high-converting digital assets while optimizing for SEO Own the strategic deployment of email nurture campaigns and lead magnet initiatives to enhance audience engagement and database growth Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing within a B2B environment 4+ years of hands-on experience with multi-channel paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google platforms Proven success in architecting user journeys and implementing conversion-rate optimization strategies Experience managing editorial calendars and transforming long-form content into effective marketing copy High proficiency with project management tools and marketing automation platforms
