What You'll Do

Perform blood bank testing and procedures according to established protocols
Ensure accurate and timely processing of blood products
Maintain laboratory safety and quality control standards
Collaborate with medical staff on blood compatibility and transfusion needs
Document and report laboratory findings precisely
Assist with general lab duties as required
Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines

What You Need

Current Louisiana licensure as Clinical Laboratory Personnel Technician or Technologist
Blood bank experience required
Strong knowledge of blood banking procedures and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
