Bookkeeper

Salary: USD 36 - USD 38 per hour Our client, an established business supplies & equipment company, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. This onsite role is responsible for managing core bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting owners and external partners with reliable financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and routine account reconciliations Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis Prepare standard financial reports and summaries for internal use Process payroll and support related reporting needs Coordinate with external accounting or tax partners as needed Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal procedures Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience working with Sage 100 preferred; other mid-market ERP systems considered! #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
