Accounting & Finance Coordinator (Hybrid) We're partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounting & Finance Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to grow their career with a collaborative team. Salary: Up to $55,000 annually, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work) Responsibilities Process and support a high volume of accounting and financial transactions Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and financial recordkeeping Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all financial activities Collaborate with team members while also managing responsibilities independently Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a high-volume transaction environment Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required Experience with QuickBooks and online business banking platforms strongly preferred Fast and accurate computer and data entry skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing as a team player Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
