Strategic SaaS Account Manager for AI Growth
Pager
PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of SaaS customers, driving adoption, renewals, and strategic expansion. You will partner with Legal, Sales Ops, and Renewals teams, using health metrics and usage data to mitigate churn and maximize value.
The role requires 7+ years in customer-facing roles, Salesforce/Gainsight/Tableau/Looker experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. This hybrid position offers a salary with potential bonuses and equity.
