Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking an energetic and proactive Receptionist with a winning attitude to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented legal environment.
Key Duties
- Answer all incoming calls, screen & route appropriately
- Greet clients in the office, control access to meeting rooms
- Schedule intake appointments and follow-up calls
- Provide translation (e.g., Spanish-English) when needed
- Log incoming mail; scan/upload/send to appropriate staff
- Basic intake logging (name, contact info, file creation trigger)
- Maintain front desk area, ensure supplies, manage incoming/outgoing mail & packages
- Provide client experience support (refreshments, seating, check-in)
- Enter new client intakes and obtain insurance information
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication skills (phone + face-to-face)
- Bilingual preferred
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK: phones + client service + administrative tasks
- Basic office software proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor; high client-service orientation
- Ability to route tasks, prioritize interruptions
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
