We’re looking for a Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator to be the hub of our front office and patient journey. What You’ll Do Patient Experience & Scheduling Welcome families warmly and keep check-in/check-out efficient and accurate. Manage scheduling, cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules with care. Ensure patient data and insurance information are entered correctly. Treatment & Financial Coordination Explain treatment needs (including orthodontics and specialty services like frenectomy) clearly to families. Present financial responsibilities with transparency and confidence. Support families in making informed decisions about their child’s care. Team & Accountability Help track key performance indicators such as call conversion, retention, and patient flow. Coach front desk team members through role-plays and scripts for phone calls, financial discussions, and treatment presentations. Recognize great performance and support teammates in growing their skills. Operational Excellence Audit scheduling efficiency and ensure HIPAA compliance. Lead weekly check-ins to review progress, track completion of tasks, and celebrate wins. Partner with the team on community promotions and patient marketing.
