Automotive Service AdvisorChris Auffenberg Ford in Washington MO is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and technicians. The Automotive Service Advisor will assist customers with repair inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure that customers expectations are exceeded throughout the automotive repair process. The Service Advisor is a customer-focused position that oversees and guides the process and customer experience from the time a vehicle enters the shop until it has been serviced or repaired and ready for delivery back to the customer.
