Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations, risk assessments, and positive behavioral strategies.

• Document all client interactions, therapeutic plans, and clinical notes promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of our professional practices.

• Apply evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as recommended by the clinical team to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans, ensuring these strategies are tailored to meet individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
