Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, effectively building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships within a professional framework.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that all clients receive personalized care.

• Develop and implement detailed, person-centered treatment plans, continuously monitoring and adapting these plans to reflect the evolving needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records including progress notes and documentation in compliance with both internal protocols and any relevant legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to identify appropriate therapeutic paths and establish a foundation for care.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing personal growth and professional development.

• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare providers, coordinating efforts to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active LMHC license.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer programs including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage clinical operations effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While the primary qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates who have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, tied to your experience and expertise in the field. The role operates on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed payment rates ahead of collections, along with bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
