Location: Santa Rosa, CA This Position Pays: $38-$43/hr Schedule: Part-Time Temporary to Start with Potential for Full-Time (5 days a week on site) What You Will Be Doing: Provide administrative support to the CEO and CTO. Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with HR administration, employee records, and onboarding activities. Review and verify bi-weekly employee timecards for accuracy. Process invoices and coordinate with accounting as needed. Order office supplies, equipment, and materials. Coordinate employee and executive travel arrangements. Serve as a point of contact for technology vendors, service providers, and executive partners. Support office operations, special projects, and process improvements. Maintain professional communication and provide exceptional internal and external customer service. What You Bring: 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience supporting executives and handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications. Experience with invoicing, timecard review, and administrative HR support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Sales support or customer-facing experience is a plus.
