Your sphere: bring your own deal and keep 100% of the commission, less a flat transaction fee at closing

No salary, benefits, or hourly compensation (independent contractor role)

 

Requirements

 

Active Florida real estate license

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Willingness to follow a structured system and process
