Salary: $45,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager Bilingual Chinese to join our growing organization. In this pivotal role, you'll be the trusted advisor and problem-solver for our valued clients, working closely with top carriers and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Underwrite new and renewal business submissions, evaluating risk and recommending competitive pricing strategies.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, addressing coverage questions and resolving issues with clarity and professionalism.

• Deliver proactive, timely customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Identify growth opportunities by maintaining strong client relationships and spotting evolving coverage needs.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (preferred).

• Strong underwriting knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with client management systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Bilingual Chinese ability
