What You’ll Do: Lead client relationships. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts—building trust, offering insight, and ensuring client needs are met with confidence and care. Drive delivery excellence. Partner with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to keep projects on track, proactively remove blockers, and promote a culture of quality and accountability. Grow client accounts. Build and execute account plans to expand our footprint,identifynew opportunities, and connectUDig’scapabilities to client goals. Promote strategic value. What You'll Bring: 7+ years of experience in consulting, client services, or account management roles within a technology, software development, or professional services environment. A strong background in delivery management, operational oversight, and client relationship growth. Proven ability to navigate complex client environments, influence executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams. Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client pitch support. Expertise inaccount planning, financial forecasting, and revenue growth strategies. Confidence bridging the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders—communicating clearly and acting as a trusted advisor.
