Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity offers a dynamic role for a licensed pharmacist skilled in Long Term Care and Mail Order pharmacy operations. Taking place over approximately 13 weeks, this contract-to-hire position provides a pathway to a direct hire role within a supportive environment. Location:

• Mason, OH

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM shifts
• Rotating every third weekend

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a Long Term Care and Mail Order pharmacy environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use and safety
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio pharmacy license required
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy is highly desirable
• Retail pharmacists with relevant skills will also be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
