Administrative Coordinator (Community Outreach and Marketing)

Administrative Coordinator (Community Outreach and Marketing) Motre Co. is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Coordinator with a strong background in community outreach and marketing. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our capital project development and management consulting firm by facilitating effective communication, coordinating outreach initiatives, and implementing marketing strategies. Requirements Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for community outreach efforts. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and local authorities. Identify and attend relevant community events, meetings, and conferences to promote our services. Collaborate with team members to develop outreach programs and initiatives. Assist in organizing and coordinating community engagement activities and workshops. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies. Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of meetings, events, and presentations. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Assist with data collection and analysis for reporting purposes. All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in community outreach and marketing roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of capital project development and management industry is a plus.
