Sales Executive

As a hunter-first closer, the full-time remote Sales Executive will design and execute outbound sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage AI to drive demand and create long-term partnerships with landscape, snow, and tree care companies. Key responsibilities Design and run outbound sales initiatives, including building targeted account lists and executing call blocks Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring no handoffs occur once an opportunity is identified Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and refine sales processes while maintaining a rigorous pipeline in Salesforce Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with a proven track record of net-new logo acquisition Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with experience in call blocks and self-sourced deals Strong operational discipline and proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools Hands-on experience utilizing AI in sales workflows for research and analysis Genuine interest in the operations of landscape, snow, and tree care businesses
