Job Details Job Location: 2701 W SIBLEY STREET - PARK RIDGE, IL 60068 Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly We are seeking to hire a friendly and motivated individual to provide a high level of customer service at the Maine Park Leisure Center as a Front Desk Office Assistant. Selected individual will be responsible for a variety of customer service tasks including greeting customers, answering phones, channeling callers to appropriate staff members, processing program registrations, memberships, facility bookings and a variety of other clerical tasks. This position is responsive to the general needs and requests of all participants, guests, and staff. Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of six months clerical experience with an intermediate level of computer, typing and clerical skills. Previous experience with RecTrac software preferred. Basic level of written, verbal communication in the English language and Microsoft Office software is required. Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently. Applicants must be CPR/AED and first aid certified or have the ability to acquire (through our district) within 90 days of hire date. Availability: Typical shift is Saturday's from 8:45am-12:15pm, Wednesday's and Thursday's from 9:00am-3:00pm. Must demonstrate flexibility to substitute and exchange shifts with other staff members.
