Position Title Procurement Administrator Location Assembly Drive, Rockford, IL 61109 Shift 1st Shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. Assist Procurement in administrative functions. Support with requesting quotations. Raise purchase requisitions for the various departments. Chase up purchase order confirmations. Support and assist various departments with ordering. Issue and update open purchase order reports. Issue cancellations, deferments, and expedite reports. Support monthly analysis of customer forecasted order reports to determine required packaging for ordering. Interact and communicate daily with staff and support departments. Undertake tasks and manage specific or ad‑hoc projects as required to meet department and business needs within the scope of the job holder’s capabilities. Ensure safe work practices are always followed, reporting any near misses immediately to the EHS Department. Carry out additional tasks as required from time to time in accordance with the overall company goals. Bachelor's or associate degree or diploma/certificate in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar. Experience may substitute educational requirements. 1‑3 years’ experience working in a similar function. Capability to set clear goals, communicate these clearly, and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets. Desirable Qualifications ERP/MRP experience in SAP, JDE, or Oracle. Intermediate Excel experience, including pivot tables and lookups. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Professional demeanor. Willingness to make decisions. Ability to adapt to changing work environments. Salary and Benefits For Illinois residents, the hiring rate for this position is $56,720.00 to $63,810.00 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
