In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming various CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to manufacture precision components. This is a temporary-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other specialized machinery to produce parts and componentsProgram CNC machines using G-code and other programming languagesPerform routine maintenance and quality checks on CNC equipmentCollaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processesMaintain a safe and organized work environmentQualificationsProficient in operating and programming CNC machines, including lathes and millsDemonstrated experience in CNC machining and programmingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with measurement tools and quality control proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking Conditions: This position is based in our manufacturing facility, which may involve exposure to machinery, noise, and physical demands.
