RemX is seeking a polished and service-focused Hospitality Specialist to support our client in a premier corporate law firm environment located in Downtown Los Angeles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming workplace experiences, supporting meeting and conference room operations, and ensuring guests, clients, and employees receive exceptional service.

• Pay: $24.00/hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
• Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA 90071)
• Assignment Duration: 09/21-11/06
• Type: Contract Assignment
• Dress Code: Business Casual to Business Professional

What You'll Do

• Set up, inspect, and reset conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Prepare reservable office spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Maintain kitchen, coffee bar, and hospitality areas throughout the day.
• Monitor and replenish beverages, coffee supplies, snacks, and workplace hospitality inventory.
• Support meeting hosts with conference room and hospitality requests.
• Assist with room transitions, event support, and workspace readiness.
• Ensure common areas maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to attorneys, clients, visitors, and employees.
• Respond promptly to workplace service requests and special hospitality needs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations and a positive guest experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply levels while supporting workplace efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and overall workplace experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, concierge, guest services, hotel, conference services, workplace experience, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and workplace technology platforms.
