Customer Account Specialist

Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 23

We are hiring Customer Account Speciaist to support customer relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience within the chemical distribution industry. This role serves as a primary day-to-day customer contact, overseeing order activities, resolving issues, and partnering with internal teams to meet customer needs.



Location: Morrisville, PA 19067 (fully onsite)

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Act as a customer advocate while supporting company products and services.
• Oversee customer orders and ensure key deliverables are met.
• Resolve customer questions and issues while maintaining a high level of service.
• Make decisions that support customer satisfaction and company financial objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders and customer needs are handled efficiently.
• Follow company standards for safety, compliance, and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
• 3+ years of B2B customer service/account management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.
