ClearNote Health is an early cancer detection company focused on the development and commercialization of non-invasive epigenomic tests to detect cancer through a standard blood draw, earlier than existing methods and when the disease is still treatable. Leveraging its novel liquid biopsy technology, ClearNote Health is advancing a growing portfolio of single- and multi-cancer early detection solutions focused on high-mortality cancers with significant screening gaps.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to support the expanding commercial and marketing function across ClearNote Health's global clinical and biopharma businesses. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute integrated go-to-market initiatives spanning product marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, marketing communications, events, and strategic commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile and execution-oriented marketer with experience in diagnostics, life sciences, oncology, or healthcare marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This individual will play a key role in helping scale commercial marketing operations as the company advances multiple product launches, scientific/clinical milestones, and market development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated commercial marketing plans across ClearNote Health's portfolio of early cancer detection products and biopharma offerings.
• Assist with go-to-market planning and launch execution for new products, clinical data releases, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Help develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing materials aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Product teams to ensure consistent and clinically accurate messaging to segmented audiences.
• Contribute to competitive intelligence monitoring, market research, and customer insights activities.

Sales Enablement & Content Development

• Develop and maintain sales tools, presentations, brochures, FAQs, email campaigns, and other commercial collateral.
• Support field teams with customer-facing content, conference materials, and training resources.
• Assist with creation of scientific and clinical marketing content tailored to healthcare professionals, health systems, payers, and partners.
• Help coordinate review and approval workflows across regulatory, legal, and medical review processes.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, paid media, and marketing automation platforms.
• Help optimize campaign performance using analytics, reporting, and lead generation metrics.
• Assist with website content updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital customer experience improvements.
• Contribute to development of thought leadership and educational content to increase awareness and engagement.

Events, PR & Corporate Communications

• Support planning and execution of congresses, trade shows, advisory boards, webinars, and corporate events.
• Coordinate logistics and marketing deliverables for key scientific and commercial meetings.
• Assist with development of press releases, media materials, social media content, and executive communications.
• Help manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, R&D, PMO, Market Access, Laboratory Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.
• Help maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and campaign execution across multiple initiatives.
• Contribute to building scalable marketing infrastructure and processes to support company growth.
• Develop and execute AI-enabled, digital-first, commercial programs focused on accelerating business growth and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, including experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, and demand generation initiatives within healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences. Experience in molecular diagnostics or oncology strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Product marketing and go-to-market execution
• Sales enablement and commercial content development

• Scientific and clinical messaging development
• Cross-functional collaboration within regulated environments
• Conference, event, and webinar management
• Managing multiple projects and timelines in fast-paced organizations
• Working with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners
