Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Prefer knowledge of the local behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming. Must possess a valid Driver's License and pass a 39 month driving report. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required. Completion of BLS & FA Certification, within 30 days of employment.
