Leading the digital acquisition marketing strategy, the full-time Director of Digital Marketing will drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through various digital channels while managing a hybrid team environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee integrated digital acquisition and paid media strategy, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and more Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies to enhance traffic, conversion, and revenue while optimizing marketing efficiency Grow and lead the Digital Acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing in a B2C environment Proven success in achieving aggressive growth and customer acquisition goals Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing budgets aligned with business objectives Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
