In this role, you will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and help ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently. 1st Shift Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and unscheduled repairs.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, and work orders.
• Complete maintenance logs, repair records, and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

1st Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Associate degree, technical school training, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical documents, safety procedures, and maintenance manuals.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work overtime, with or without advance notice.
