• Pay & Benefits:
• Competitive annual salary from $136,822 to $179,379 (experience-dependent)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive trauma and emergency surgical care during overnight shifts
• Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient care
• Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitations, and operative support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document thoroughly in Epic EMR and maintain workflow efficiency
• Support safety, quality, and performance metrics within the Trauma Surgery service
• Engage in professional growth opportunities and leadership development through UCHealth

What You Need:

• Colorado Medical Assistant Physician license (or eligible)
• Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience or completed surgical fellowship (preferred)
• Ability to practice autonomously and manage multiple complex tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
