Robinson MD is a high-touch concierge and functional medicine practice serving patients who value personalized, proactive healthcare. We are seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to guide prospective patients through our membership and program offerings.

This role is not traditional healthcare administration — it is a consultative, patient-centered sales role focused on helping individuals choose the right path for their long-term health.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients
• Guide patients through concierge membership and clinical program options
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Schedule and support clinician meet-and-greets
• Conduct timely, thoughtful follow-up to support enrollment decisions
• Ensure every prospect has a high-touch, premium experience
• Complete real time CRM statistics and provide monthly conversion reports

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of proven, verifiable sales success
• Strong ability to build trust and guide decisions (not transactional selling)
• Confidence discussing premium services ($4,000–$12,000+)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, self-directed, and performance-driven

Preferred backgrounds:

• Medical aesthetics / wellness
• Luxury hospitality or private membership
• Boutique fitness or wellness memberships
• High-touch client service environments

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000
• Commission (after 90-day probation):
• • $200 per concierge membership enrollment (payment collected required)
  • $300 per Executive Physical enrollment
  • $50 per functional medicine consultation/program enrollment
  • 3% commission on qualified corporate plans (minimum threshold applies)

We are excited to add a new team member to our team! This is a relational not transactional sales position. You will be responsible for delivering a high white glove quality onboarding experience to concierge patients. Professional presence is a must. Seeking team member that will be extremely efficient, organized and resourceful. We are an established (since 2008), multi-clinician practice in preventative healthcare - where patient is the center. An individual with great interpersonal and customer service skills coupled with ability to thrive and find fulfillment working in a team will be a fit. You will educate prospects on memberships offerings, and other services available at our clinic and consultation options. You will see a prospect completely through sales conversion and new patient onboarding. The ability to coordinate a lead management structured pipeline with follow-up cadence expectations is necessary comfort level. The skill to build referral partner relationships, and the ability to approach objections stress free will be successful in this position You must embrace ownership of your role as a high performer who is solution oriented - focused and intentional.
