ERP Project Manager

W2 ONLY - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A 4 DAY ONSITE HYBRID SCHEDULE IN SPRINGFIELD, MA WITHOUT RELOCATION - NO CORP TO CORP OR VISA TRANSFER/SPONSORSHIP Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, and successfully balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications PMP Certification (Required) 6+ years of Project Management experience Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise projects Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience managing vendors, consultants, and implementation partners Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery commitments Strong experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting Key Responsibilities Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders Ensure project objectives align with business priorities and strategic goals Preferred Experience ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Workday, Epicor, or similar Experience with data conversion, systems integration, testing, training, and organizational change management Experience managing large-scale business transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
