This position is the first line of interaction for our patients – and the first impression that we make on them. So we're looking for energetic, friendly receptionists with great people skills! The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and have a genuine interest in learning about our clients and their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer calls, screen, and take messages.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Assist with filing and faxing.
- Maintain a neat and tidy working environment.
