Develop, direct, and supervise the Team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Work toward developing to become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store. Contribute to a fun, engaging, and productive restaurant environment. Requirements / Qualifications Assistant Manager, you must possess The Toppers Pizza Essential BASICS. Restaurant Assistant Manager / Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
