Customer Service Representative/Call Center Are you a fast-thinking, detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized? United Staffing is partnered with a respected Paso Robles business in their search for a Customer Service Representative with their call center. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling a mix of tasks, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Input and update customer and order data across multiple platforms Research and resolve order issues, process credits when applicable Deliver accurate product information and support with professionalism De-escalate concerns and provide thoughtful resolutions Document all customer interactions in the CRM Support team meetings with reports and data preparation Are you a fast-thinking, detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized?
