Role Description
Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Product Manager (m/w/d), der die Verantwortung für unsere GPS-Tierortungsgeräte übernimmt. Unsere Produkte geben Tierhalter die Sicherheit, ihre Tiere jederzeit zuverlässig orten zu können. Du verbindest strategisches Produktmanagement mit Marketing-Know-how und einem tiefen Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Tierhaltern, um unsere Produkte kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und das Wachstum in unseren Kernmärkten voranzutreiben.
- Vollständige Verantwortung für unsere GPS-Tierortungsgeräte – von der Feature-Entwicklung bis zur Marktpositionierung
- Identifikation neuer Zielgruppen und Marktchancen zur Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms
- Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, Abgleich der Ergebnisse mit vordefinierten KPIs sowie Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen zur Schärfung unserer strategischen Ausrichtung
- Erstellung überzeugender Verkaufsunterlagen, darunter Werbemittel, Landing-Page-Texte und plattformspezifische Inhalte
- Steuerung der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass das Team stets informiert ist und das Projekt erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden kann
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team – mit starkem Fokus auf bezahlte Social-Media-Werbung (Meta, TikTok), organischen Social-Content und E-Mail-Automatisierung
- Erkennung potenzieller Risiken und Entwicklung von Notfallplänen zu deren Minimierung
- Leitung von UGC- und Influencer-Strategien, die die Perspektive von Tierhaltern authentisch widerspiegeln – inklusive Briefing von Creators und Prüfung von Inhalten auf Markenkonformität
Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Tracking, Pet Tech oder Softwarelösungen
- Expertenwissen oder fundierte Kenntnisse in bezahlter Social-Media-Werbung (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) und organischer Social-Media-Strategie – mit nachweisbaren Kampagnenerfolgen und messbarem Umsatzwachstum
- Analytische und strategische Denkweise mit einem hands-on Ansatz
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten zur überzeugenden Präsentation von Produktvorteilen auf Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
- Fundierte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten – in der Lage, mehrere Teams zu koordinieren und dabei sowohl Detailorientierung als auch den Blick für das große Ganze zu behalten
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit B2C-Kunden sowie Kenntnisse in SaaS- oder Hardwareprodukten
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Zielgruppe Hundehalter:innen und hohe Affinität zu Tieren – Entwicklung überzeugender Positionierungen und Kommunikationsbotschaften mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Ortung und Vertrauen.

- Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in Marketing und Produktmanagement
- Sprache: Deutsch (C1/C2), Französisch (C1/C2), Englisch (B2/C1)
