This position is designed to effectively source parts while providing customer support to field technicians, supervisors, and managers.Responsibilities:Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customersProvide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetingsAssess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkageCreate reports for field locations to promote meeting parts line planned budgetsAnalyze inventories to provide replenishment of parts on a bi-weekly basis and minimize overstock or out of stock partsComplete parts requests from the field using internal ordering files, purchasing programs, and inventory applicationsAccurately purchase parts from the lowest cost and most efficient supplier while closing and paying orders in a timely mannerParticipate in department meetings, events, and committeesAbility to train cross functionally within the PES Parts department through customer service, supplier, replenishment, and small parts rolesAny other tasks or duties as assigned by managerCompensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
