This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while effectively engaging with your clients. Although much of your work will be conducted online, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Elizabeth, New Jersey, when needed. This hybrid model allows for the best of both worlds, enabling you to collaborate with your peers and participate in in-person training sessions or meetings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders using recognized criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique goals and challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each setting, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to mindfulness-based techniques.

• Teach clients practical coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to empower their personal growth and emotional regulation.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide integrated care for your clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clients' treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

As an LPC with Transformative Journey Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client demographic facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload capacity.
