Pay Range - $55k - $65k/annually

Position Summary

Arrow Workforce is looking for an energetic and motivated Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and servicing a portfolio of clients while working closely with Account Managers, Recruitment Teams, and Operations. The successful candidate will help ensure client requisitions are fulfilled efficiently and that customer service is consistently delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their internal operations teams.
• Support the growth of existing accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
• Ensure all client orders and requisitions are communicated and delegated to the appropriate internal recruitment teams.
• Work closely with Recruitment Managers and Team Leads to ensure effective recruitment strategies are implemented based on client requirements.
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide timely updates on open requisitions.
• Prepare and provide internal and external reports to appropriate stakeholders.
• Complete weekly and monthly forecasting for assigned client accounts.
• Track client requirements, fulfillment, starts, attrition, and other relevant account metrics.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and manage day-to-day escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve employee, attendance, scheduling, payroll, or operational issues when required.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination during high-volume periods.
• Provide clients with relevant labour market information, including salary and wage market insights.
• Ensure client expectations, service-level requirements, and internal processes are consistently followed.
• Maintain accurate client and account information within internal systems.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.

Ǫualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience in staffing, recruitment, account coordination, client services, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting clients in a high-volume staffing environment is an asset.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruitment and operations teams.
• Understanding of labour market information, wage trends, and staffing requirements.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to travel within US with no limitations.
