Job Description
Job Title: Bookkeeper
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Swedesboro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions
Prepare financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with payroll processing
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
