Customer Growth Representative

Type: Full Time (40–45 hours per week)

Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Additional Compensation: Monthly Performance Bonus and Growth Commission

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Growth Representative to support both existing customer relationships and new business development.

Position Overview

This position combines customer relationship management with business development.

Typical Time Allocation

· 50% Account Management

· 30% Business Development

· 20% HubSpot CRM Administration and Sales Support

Responsibilities

Account Management

· Build long-term relationships with existing customers.

· Conduct regular customer check-ins to identify upcoming PCB opportunities.

· Increase repeat business and customer retention.

· Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.

· Coordinate with Engineering, Quoting, Production, and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Business Development

· Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.

· Reactivate inactive customer accounts.

· Prospect manufacturers, OEMs, contract manufacturers, and engineering companies.

· Schedule meetings for management and outside sales.

· Qualify incoming opportunities before they enter the quoting process.

Quote Follow-Up

· Follow up on open quotations.

· Gather competitive feedback.

· Help improve quotation win rates.

· Maintain regular communication with customers until opportunities are closed.

HubSpot CRM

· Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM.

· Track customer activities, follow-ups, and opportunities.

· Keep customer information organized and current.

· Support marketing campaigns and trade show follow-up activities.

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Friendly and professional phone presence.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, and manufacturing professionals.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office.

· Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM software preferred.

· Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, manufacturing, industrial sales, electronics, EMS, or PCB manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

First 90-Day Success Plan

First 30 Days

· Learn Amitron’s PCB manufacturing capabilities, products, and terminology.

· Complete HubSpot CRM training.

· Meet Engineering, Quoting, Customer Service, and Production teams.

· Begin contacting assigned customer accounts.

· Review customer history and outstanding quotations.

· Understand Amitron’s target industries and customer profiles.

Days 31–60

· Take ownership of assigned customer accounts.

· Begin consistent quote follow-up activities.

· Reactivate inactive customer accounts.

· Generate at least 10 qualified RFQs.

· Build a disciplined weekly customer outreach routine.

· Maintain complete and accurate customer activity within HubSpot.

Days 61–90

· Independently manage assigned customer relationships.

· Generate 15–20 qualified RFQs per month.

· Demonstrate measurable improvement in quotation conversion rates.

· Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.

· Build a healthy sales pipeline.

· Become a trusted point of contact for assigned customers.

Compensation and Incentives

In addition to hourly compensation, employees are eligible for a monthly incentive program designed to reward growth and customer engagement.

Monthly Performance Bonus

Performance bonuses may be earned based on:

· Customer outreach activity

· Quote follow-up completion

· HubSpot CRM accuracy

· Qualified opportunities created

· Customer responsiveness

Growth Commission

Employees are eligible to earn additional incentive compensation through business growth.

Examples include:

· 0.25% to 0.50% commission on new customer sales during the first 12 months.

· 0.10% to 0.25% commission on incremental growth from existing customer accounts above their prior 12-month average.
