Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.33 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Tue: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Wed: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Fri: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access‑control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking locations, and perimeter boundaries to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site‑specific procedures. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives. Minimum Requirements: Possess an Armed Guard Card or License. Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance. Handcuffing Certification is preferred. Pepper Spray Certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
