Responsibilities The Assistant Project Manager works within the Project Management Team, responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely and cost‑effective outcomes. Duties include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects. The Assistant Project Manager ensures construction is performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Responsibilities vary based on project size and complexity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of prior relevant experience. Knowledge of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
