This role operates within a flexible remote work setting, enabling therapists to balance professional responsibilities with personal well-being. Our organization prioritizes work-life balance, allowing team members to engage in meaningful therapy during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We ensure that our therapists have access to all necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care to their patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and chronicity of mood disorder symptoms in patients and utilize findings to guide treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans based on their unique goals, preferences, and progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing their conditions effectively.

• Provide continuous education and resources for clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders and self-care techniques.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness by regularly tracking clients' progress, adjusting the treatment strategy when necessary to facilitate improved outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure that clients receive integrated care tailored to their needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic techniques regarding mood disorders, integrating this knowledge into practice for better patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, allowing you to leverage your clinical expertise to create tailored therapeutic experiences. You will also work with clients who may have co-occurring disorders, enhancing your skills in a multifaceted therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current licensure as either an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based modalities for treating mood disorders, with proficiency in CBT and DBT.

• Ability to effectively apply psychopharmacological concepts in collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical staff.

• Proven success in achieving positive treatment outcomes for clients suffering from mood disorders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for forming trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
