Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster growth and resilience.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate support and resources as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records aligned with ethical and legal standards, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, familial issues, and more severe mental health conditions. Your intervention strategies will be crucial for promoting client wellness, particularly in underrepresented groups who may face barriers to receiving care.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities are essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant mental health counseling role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
