You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strengths.In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements within our Assurance practice. By promoting technological advances and developing new ideas, you will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction.Responsibilities- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts in finance consulting- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions and strategies- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success- Mentoring and cultivating the next generation of leaders within the organization- Shaping client engagements to optimize financial performance and decision-making- Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together- Overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership- Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking- Addressing system-level enablers to make strategic choices and drive change- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including compliance with accounting regulations- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insightful recommendationsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years of experience- At least one of the following credentials or certifications is required: Certified Public Account (CPA) License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Licensed Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMPWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting- Utilizing strategic mindset to drive financial market innovations- Excelling in compliance with accounting standards and regulations- Leading initiatives in financial risk management and portfolio optimization- Cultivating relationships through effective communication and influence- Promoting creativity and innovation in financial strategy developmentTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
