This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to perform your therapeutic duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms on client functionality.

• Collaborate with clients to establish tailored treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs, personal goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies that promote long-term wellness.

• Monitor clients’ progress meticulously, revising treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated, well-rounded care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, applying newly-acquired knowledge to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of client documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
