IT Support Technician
We're partnering with a fast-paced, entertainment-focused company seeking a temporary IT Support Technician to join their team during a high-growth period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on desktop support environment and enjoys supporting technical teams in a collaborative, high-performance setting. What You'll Do: Support onboarding/offboarding workflows for employees, vendors, and external developers Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory Build, image, configure, and deploy Windows 11 workstations and peripherals Support desktop troubleshooting, hardware setup, and basic break/fix issues Provision/deprovision access to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Perforce Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets while maintaining detailed documentation Partner cross-functionally with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues What We're Looking For: 1–3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience Experience supporting Windows 11 environments and workstation imaging/configuration Familiarity with Active Directory administration and endpoint provisioning Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Perforce, and ManageEngine is highly preferred Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
